05.13.10i’m excited! a new print, on a new style of shirt. in my shop.

twist was great! i really want to put together a post to talk about all the super talented people who were there but at the moment i’m crazed.
in other news i’m going to be at two craft fairs this coming weekend - one in austin and one in philadelphia. how you ask? cloning? time travel? nope, clay wood & cotton is going to have a booth at both events and they’re taking my work with them.
if you attend either let me know! i’d love to hear how both shows are.

it’s that time of year again! i’m off to northampton, ma. tomorrow to participate in the twist fair. one of my favorite fairs, it’s run by very cool people and held in an absolutely beautiful space. if you’re in the area it’s definitely worth checking out. and hopefully i’ll remember to bring my camera this weekend, i forgot to bring it to the show at the brooklyn lyceum.
happy weekend, be back monday!

time management is not my strong suit. try as i might to be prepared for things well in advance it just never seems to work out that way. today i’m running around putting together all those last minute details for the craft show i’ll be participating in this weekend. while i’m stressing i leave you with some soothing friday eye candy. beautiful finds from white flower farmhouse. see more and shop online here.

i’ve been making these little embroidered sachets lately. i just can’t seem to stop myself. i’ve made over thirty of them and don’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. they’ll be available at clay wood & cotton and i may put a few in my etsy shop as well.

this dress by sempster. honestly, how simple and perfect is this? i’d take it in every color.

with these shoes by luna shoes.

and because i’m always chilly, this scarf by ASA design.

this weekend i’ll be participating in the brooklyn lyceum’s spring food & craft market. if you happen to be in the area you should definitely stop by to check it out. i’ve participated in holiday events at the lyceum and the shows have always been fantastic with a great mix of vendors.
you can get more info about it here and see a list of participating vendors here.

i was given this necklace as a gift this past christmas (thanks b!) instantly smitten, i asked where it was from and was told it was from a shop on etsy called elephantine. all of the jewelry in the shop is beautiful, simple and delicate. the kind of jewelry you can wear with anything. a few of my faves below.
