twist fair, part 2
09.09.08i had mentioned minnie & james in an earlier blog post. i was really looking forward to meeting tiffany and seeing her work in person. i absolutely love her clothes and tiffany is super cute and sweet! this top fits perfectly and i love love love the fabric.
i got this print from sarah ahearn. sarah is a mixed media painter who uses found images and bits from old books in some of her work. i really like how her work has a feminine but not overly girly feel. and her use of color is spot on.
i bought this lovely little creature from fern animals. i love how she stitches a signature onto the bird, it’s such a nice touch.
and this moleskin notebook from fisk & fern screenprinted with pomegranates on the cover. the illustration is just gorgeous.
